Who Is The Spoken Word Project?

The Spoken Word Project was initially conceived by businessman & entrepreneur Matt McPherson. With the voice talent of Steven Johnston (NLT, KJV Bible Versions) and a development team consisting of some of Southern California’s finest.

After several years of collaboration and development The Spoken Word Project was given birth in 2008.

The original vision was to create a screensaver program that would be able to have an audio version of the Bible spoken on a computer while it was in the screensaver mode. Well, that’s exactly what it does… and much more!

It is our sincere desire to make this interactive Bible program available to as many people as possible at no charge. Enjoy!
